Refunds
At roidify.com, we prioritize our customers and offer specific guidelines regarding refunds and returns:
- Refunds are available only before your order reaches the warehouse for processing and is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, refunds are no longer possible.
- If you wish to cancel your order, contact our support team promptly via the website, email at [email protected], or by using the contact page. You can also reach us via Telegram or WhatsApp for assistance.
- Once an order has been shipped and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds.
Reshipping
In the event that an order is delayed at customs, lost in transit, or held up by postal services, we offer compensation through reshipping:
- If your order is stuck or lost, we will arrange to reship the items. However, certain countries are considered high-risk for deliveries. Orders to these locations may only be shipped by prior agreement with the client, who assumes all associated risks. In such cases, we do not offer reshipping or refunds.
- The countries where reshipping and refund policies do not apply include:
- EU
- Australia
- Canada
- Cambodia
- In exceptional situations, where an order is lost two or more times, we may consider issuing a refund.
Damages to Products During Shipping
If you receive a damaged product, you may file a compensation claim:
- Take clear photos of the damaged items and contact us through any preferred method, such as our online consultant, email at [email protected], our contact page, or via Telegram or WhatsApp.
- If the damage is found to be our fault, we will offer appropriate compensation.
