Order Tracking
Once your payment is processed, your order will be sent to our shipping department. As soon as a tracking number is available, our customer service team will send it to you. Please keep in mind that this process may take some time depending on order volume.
Returns and Reimbursement
We can issue a refund only if the order has not yet been shipped. In cases where an order is delayed at customs or lost in transit, we will resend your items. For damaged goods, compensation will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with our team working directly with you to resolve the issue.
